Petaflo collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, evaluate pilot projects, and deliver agreed work. This may include contact details, project context, files or links voluntarily shared by a customer, and operational correspondence.
Information is used to communicate with customers, scope work, run workflow reviews, prepare reports, and improve the product. Petaflo does not sell personal information.
Access to customer materials is limited to the work requested. Sensitive credentials, private keys, and production secrets should not be sent by email. When access is required, temporary and least-privilege access is preferred.
